Your opportunity:
As the Administrative Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager.The Administrative Officer reports to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
Demonstrated Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships and rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Experience across all areas of OneSchool especially Finance and other education-based software an advantage.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem solve and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail, including a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Suite products including mail merge processes and Excel.
- Ability to think logically and solve problems.

- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
