This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent, Fixed Term and Casual appointments at various hours with the possibility of extension(s) and / or permanency. Job Share arrangements may be considered. Position Profile:  We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and highly organised professional to join our Administrative Services team at Health Information & Administrative Services (HIAS).

 As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to multiple senior staff such as Co-Directors, Heads of Department and Coordinators. Area Profile: King Edward Memorial Hospital is a major teaching hospital for women and newborns, and is the primary hospital in Perth for high-risk pregnancies, offering the highest standards of maternity, neonatal, and gynaecological care. KEMH is ideally located in Subiaco, a dynamic area near Perth city-centre.

The hospital can be reached easily via public transport (close to both Subiaco and Daglish stations on the Fremantle line), and major roads connect the hospital to the rest of the Perth metropolitan area. Subiaco offers a wide array of boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, bars, and gardens in a historic area well worth exploring.
