About the Block Model

In an Australia first, the Block Model has been designed and implemented by the best learning and teaching experts, to ease the transition of students into first year and beyond and to set them up for a successful University experience.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative administrative support officer with expertise in data entry and HR systems who not only wants to be part of this exciting initiative but is willing to work in a college to provide support in the roll out of a new VU People First (HR system).
We want to hear from you if you:
Have knowledge or Training Equivalent to: Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and at least 2 years subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a post-trades certificate or advanced certificate and extensive relevant experience as a technician; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Are proficient in all aspects of word processing, together with the skill base to quickly gain a working knowledge of any University based system, such as VU People First, InfoVU, Allocate+, Staff Connect, CAMS and Zoom.
