About the company
Our client operates in the retail sector, primarily in Pharmacy, Grocery, and Office supplies channels. Privately owned Australian distributor our client has built a highly successful product distribution network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
Reporting to the office manager, your role is to provide support with the dispatching of orders and the management of the cycle of the sales and orders process. Assisting with some basic administration with answering incoming telephone calls, assisting with outgoing mail and internal. Be rewarded with an annual bonus in December which is subject to company profitability. Will be paid pro-rata in the first year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales orders which include online sales & liaise with the warehouse with orders, labelling & despatch
- Posting daily invoices & credit notes alongside daily emailing of invoices to customers & wholesalers.
- Monitor emails for incoming purchase orders
- Answer customer enquiries & assist with answering incoming telephone calls.

- Proficient data entry skills in both speed and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service manner with a can- do attitude
- Attention to detail focused
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
