Responsibilities and duties of the role are:
- Be the first point of contact for payroll and HR related queries
- Assisting with all recruitment and HR administration - from drafting & placing adverts, assisting managers update the system on applicants process and drafting employment contracts
- High stakeholder engagement - liaising with hiring managers to discuss role briefs, vacant positions and time to fill
- Provide adhoc support to the team wide HR team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a focus on accuracy and attention for detail
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
- Solid HR experience admin or coordination experience
- Ability to be onsite on Monday and flexibility on the other days of the week
- Experience with Workday is desirable but not essential
