Your opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrator to join our dynamic and inclusive Business Enterprises team. As part of the team, you will work towards providing opportunities for people with disabilities to work alongside skilled team members, producing high-quality products and services for our commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administration and data support to the business across various regions.
Collaborate with the Business Support Manager, Business Support Coordinator, and Operational Managers to ensure that all administrative reporting requirements are met.
Ensure the business fulfils NDIS customer and commercial customer obligations and requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
Support a team of people with varying abilities in achieving productive administration outcomes.
About you
Prior experience in administration or a related field, and/or experience in the disability services industry.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs, adopting new systems and technology to support business and customer requirements.
Sound ability to use appropriate IT syste.ms to facilitate business performance outcomes
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to differing needs.
Experience producing high quality professional business documents.
NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccinations and booster
Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
