Simmons Civil provide industrial maintenance and civil services across the Gladstone region. We are searching for a skilled Administrator who can work autonomously, take instruction, prioritise work and adapt quickly.
Must have:
- Previously worked as an Administrator in the construction / heavy industry for 3+ years
- Cert III in Business Administration / higher qualification
- High level of experience in Microsoft office programs
- Ability to pass a site medical
- Xero experience desirable
Duties to include:
- Project setup / ITPs / MDRs
- Extensive data entry
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Managing Contractor Management systems
- Tender submissions
- Minutes / reporting
- Taking deliveries / reception work
The successful candidate will have Administration experience, be technology focused, determined to engineer better processes and have an eye for detail.
Hours are negotiable. The role may require site-based work (alternates between sites in Gladstone and Boyne Island), so flexibility is a must.
