Admin/Receptionist - Belmont, Perth WA
Full time position - 5 days a week - 8am to 4pm
Progressive Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) (No. 5274) based in Belmont, Perth with an office in Geraldton, Western Australia, that provides a quality endorsed, national training and consultancy service. We are seeking a mature, enthusiastic Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This is a full time position based in our Belmont office in Perth WA. We may look at a shared role of two part time Officers for the right people.
This role will be a mixture of office administration, reception duties, basic data entry in PowerPro & MYOB and general office duties. To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to address each of the items listed in the Essential & Desirable criteria. We are looking for the right person to start ASAP.
Essential Criteria:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Confident & experienced
- Excellent phone manner
- Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Have initiative and a “CAN DO” attitude
- Accurate Data entry skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- multi-tasking ability
Desirable:
- First Aid certificate
- Previous data entry experience using MYOB
- Experience using PowerPro
- Demonstrated experience in working with TAMS
- RTO experience
