After hours Corporate Travel Consultant
Our client has an amazing opportunity for two experienced after hours' corporate travel consultants in a work from home position. Working for this large company, you will be able to utilise their world class booking systems to effectively service your corporate accounts. This role is for high performers who are able to handle high pressure situations while providing excellent customer service.
More about the role
- After hours position on a 7 day rotating roster
- Must be available to work public holidays and overnight
- Servicing corporate accounts outside Australian working hours
- Produce options to clients that follow SLA's
- Work autonomously and be results driven
- Put together complex airfares including RTW
Requirements to be successful
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate travel
- Experience working within after hours team (Desirable)
- Extensive airfare knowledge and ticketing
- Strong knowledge on land options
- Effective time management and communication
- High attention to detail
The Package
- $65 - $100k + super based on experience including penalty rates
- Full time position - 4 nights on 3 off, 10 hour shifts
