Join the leading steel distributor as a key member of the site operations leadership team. As a driven team leader, you will be responsible for high volume, time-sensitive processing, picking, packing and loading of orders. Driving both operational efficiencies along with safety protocols, and achieving shift targets and individual goals. You will be instrumental to the success of the branch by providing strong leadership, safety and operational supervision skills and ensuring DIFOT targets are met, driving a strong safety culture and training the Afternoon Shift operations team to develop their capabilities.
