Your Role:
As an Ag Machinery Sales Representative, you will serve as the forefront of Rhys Evans, spearheading sales initiatives and highlighting Rhys Evans' machine servicing expertise. Whether you're a farm enthusiast or possess a knack for mechanics, an understanding of the agricultural landscape is essential.
You'll promote repeat business by forging long lasting relationships and providing top tier customer service.
Here's a glimpse into what your role entails:
Product Presentations- Deliver presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of agricultural machinery.
Client Relationship Management- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Administrative Tasks- Efficiently manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure a seamless sales process.
Collaboration- Collaborate with the sales, service, and parts teams, as well as management, to share best practices, identify potential improvements, and support overall company objectives.
Sales Development- Develop and achieve targeted retail sales plans, to support existing customers whilst building a customer base through proactive outreach, including cold calling and customer referrals.
Sales Events- Assist with the coordination and delivery of sales events to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.
Product Delivery- Oversee the delivery and installation of new equipment with customers, ensuring a seamless transition and outstanding service.
Competitive Analysis- Monitor market competitors to stay informed and agile in our sales strategies.
