An exciting opportunity has presented for an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role is based in a growing regional Victorian coastal town within a highly regarded hospital service, just an hour from Melbourne.
Description
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work closely with a highly dedicated team of health professionals and be responsible for implementing and evaluating person-centred care of the aged care and acute units.
This service is undertaking a major infrastructure project which will see their footprint grow by over 40% in the next 2 years and they're building a team to join in on the journey.
Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing
- AHPRA Registration (essential)
- Knowledge and experience in aged care
- Valid Police Check (or eligible to apply)
- WWCC
- COVID Vax - minimum 3
- Australian working rights
- Flu Vaccination
