As an Agribusiness Executive, you will partner with our customers to provide meaningful financial solutions that support their business needs and help them to understand new opportunities. You will have the support of our highly skilled analyst teams and a comprehensive range of innovative products and solutions, as well as market-leading technologies at your fingertips.

Based in Kadina, we are looking for someone with strong business development skills who thrives in an exciting environment and shares our passion for innovation and continuously improving what we do and how we do it. Ideally, we are looking for an Agribusiness specialist with business banking experience and a passion for great customer experience. However, if you know the Agri sector, are passionate and willing to learn, we welcome your application.

Kadina boasts the beautiful Wallaroo beaches and pristine waters of Spencer Gulf on the doorstep and Adelaide CBD less than 2 hours away. A tidy portfolio of blue ribbon customers, 100% Agri and mainly broad acre. Kadina is on the Yorke Peninsula, which is one of the most reliable, stable and profitable Agri regions in Australia.

More specifically, you will

• Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service
• Work closely with customers, understand their individual needs and engage specialists to deliver a range of financial solutions
• Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, supported by our Analyst team

We want to hear from you if you have

• Strong commercial acumen and the goal to further develop your financial skills and a real passion for relationship management
• Ideally, you will have experience of a diverse range of agricultural sectors.
• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or a related field would be highly regarded;
• Experience in building successful customer portfolios and business origination would be an advantage, as would Agribusiness.
