What will your day look like

Being an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will be managing and growing portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals. By developing a network of contacts, you will assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximising existing business and increasing effectiveness. Maintaining a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial needs, along with keeping abreast of economic trends will be core to your success. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.

 

  • Accountable for the financial performance of your customer portfolio by driving balance sheet growth and P&L performance.
  • Meet with customers to better understand their needs and offer ANZ's full suite of products, services and digital offering with accordance to BB's customer sustainability framework.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Specialists & Retail Distribution to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Role model coaching, underpinned by a deep understanding of individual's motivations and aspirations in order to engage Assistant Managers and inspire outperformance.

  • Ability to work autonomously, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Agribusiness
  • Demonstrated understanding of small / medium business and agribusiness needs and expectations and abilities to originate new business
