About the role:

We are currently seeking to appoint a Course Resource Writer who can write comprehensive and engaging educational and assessment materials for our new Higher Education courses.   

Writing educational materials is ideal for experienced professionals who want to utilise their skills and knowledge to continue to make an impact in the sector.  

This is a fixed-term 6-month contract, fully flexible (work from home) position. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Course Resource Writer will:

  • Design and develop high-quality online student learning materials including learning content, assessments and rubrics, and other teaching resources.
  • Ensure learning materials meet the required learning outcomes.
  • Incorporate feedback into learning materials.
  • Proof material for formatting, educational and grammatical correctness.

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Relevant qualification/s in Counselling, Community Services or a related field such as Social Work or Psychology. 
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and advanced experience with Microsoft Word.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
