WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently recruiting qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to be part of our team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company aircraft to ensure compliance with publications and regulatory standards and maintain aircraft operational availability.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure that work sheets, logs, tracking updates and other required records are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a team of managers, engineers, pilots and emergency service personnel to maximize aircraft readiness and availability.
- Assist in base activities such as task preparations, stores and GSE maintenance tasks required in support of the ongoing operation.
- Be responsible for tool control and the general condition, upkeep and housekeeping of any hangar, workshop or related work areas and vehicles.
- Nurture a safe working culture and compliance with SMS and other company documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current CASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer license with B1 and or B2 category,
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card
- Type rated or experience on any of Chinook CH-47, Bell 412, Sikorsky UH-60, Boeing 737, Cessna Citation and/or Beechcraft King Air airframes.
- An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpreted maintenance documents, directives, maintenance data reporting, using technical orders.
