As a Chef / cook, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, contributing to the creation and execution of our innovative menu. Whether you're a seasoned culinary expert or an aspiring talent, we welcome All levels of chef who are eager to learn, grow, and share their culinary expertise.
Location : Hamilton QLD 4007
Salary : 70000 - 80000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Lead the creation and development of innovative and enticing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, dietary considerations, and culinary trends while maintaining the balance between creativity and profitability.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to guarantee a clean and organized workspace.
- Staff Training and Development: Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards of taste, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular taste tests and inspections.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room, providing support and expertise to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.

- A positive mindset is essential
- we require a minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience
