We have exciting opportunities for Allied Health Professionals and Clinical members to join our growing Home and Community Care team in the Garden Suburb area. We are looking for Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in your field of expertise, supporting the development, implementation and facilitation of one-on-one in-home programs in line with each client's needs and goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting health screenings and assessments
- Facilitating, monitoring and reviewing individual programs
- Working with clients, their families, co-workers as well as other services so that the service we deliver is the best it can be
- Relevant qualification in field of expertise
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
