About The Organisation & The Position
Operating throughout the Perth Region, our client provides a range of community therapy services and supports. They are a values-led organisation who pride themselves on their client-centered and compassionate approach to care. Providing community supports to the region for over 20 years and in the process of expanding their services, they are looking for an Allied Health Lead to join their close-knit team.
With your clinical skills and sector knowledge as the Allied Health Lead you will have full control over establishing and growing the Allied Health services department, some of your duties will include the following:
- Service development & implementation of policies & service framework
- Participating in ongoing improvement of clinical practice & quality of services
- Establishing growth strategies & providing leadership to the Allied Health team
- Providing assessments & a broad range of interventions to improve clients independence or cognitive function
- Providing clinical mentoring & outlining clinical development requirements of the Allied Health team

- Current National Police Clearance
