A great opportunity now exists for an experienced Aluminium Centre Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the site and delegation of duties to ensure optimum safety, financial profitability, and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand the local market and develop plans to expand the business.
Develop and implement sales budgets.
Provide service to customers within the region ensuring standards and processes are consistent with objectives.
Ensure the site has appropriate equipment and support facilities to fulfil customer orders within nominated time and cost constraints.
Prepare reports to communicate and illustrate performance.
Ensure staffing is of a calibre and quantum to meet sales and customer service objectives and cover employee leave absences.
Manage the centre to ensure product is stored in a secure manner and operational housekeeping is up to an appropriate standard.

About You
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:
previous customer facing sales experience.
a reliable work history with a great attitude to safety.
demonstrated organisational skills with ability to manage resources.
strong communication skills with ability to build relationships.
an understanding of stock sales, trend forecasts and inventory management.
basic understanding of financial and budget principles
ability to work unsupervised and think strategically.
medium level computer literacy.
the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.
