About the opportunity
Support the creation and enablement of data driven insights across our freight portfolio to inform product strategy, design, and management. You will support the team in modernising our data experiences in our freight vision and create market leading insights & market intelligence.

You’ll

• Support modernising our data experiences in our freight vision and create market leading insights & market intelligence.
• Support the design, build and management of Product Data Hub (governed, single source of truth) in line with our product principles.
• Support the design and build for the forecasts (market & our products), and cultivate strong collaboration with product, network operations, data science and finance teams.
• Support the freight insights team providing robust analytics, insights to shape product design, management and support commercial decisions.
• Develop best practice metrics and logics for product management and scorecards.
• Provide best practice GCP support and maintenance.

About you
You will have experience in python, extracting data in cloud based environments and SQL. You will be able to think analytically and strategically and show excellent commercial acumen. 

You’ll also

• Have experience in data and analytics and an understanding of how an analytics team uses technology to solve problems.
• You will have experience correctly defining problems to come to a desired outcome.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data using coding tools and SQL.
• Has demonstrated extensive knowledge of key market drivers, industry players and latest developments within the Data Analytics, Data Science and Engineering discipline.
• Understanding the governance, and compliance requirements associated with information management.
