Identify ANZ enterprise acquire market requirements and opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and campaigns and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and external agencies
What you'll be doing...
- Develop and implement jointly with sales pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities
- Implement end-to-end enterprise acquire marketing programs including 1:1, 1: few and 1:many campaigns, events and digital programs to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
- Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts including content recycling and content creation
- Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
- Proactively Engage & maintain direct alignment with acquire sales and cross-functional teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
- Drive executions within budget and timelines
- Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
- Evaluate impact & ROI of campaigns to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
- Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product/solution marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content
- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.
- 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS or IT vendor (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both internally and externally
- Experience working with Enterprise and acquisition sales teams
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience building and delivering enterprise marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs
- Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
- Approachable, resilient and proactive attitude
