About the Role
1) Develop and implement ANZ marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Market Assessment (VOM) through Market Segment analysis, Customer Segment Analysis with consideration to Competitive Dynamics
Provide input to global/area teams for local Growth Strategy and Market Opportunity Plan
2) New Product Commercialization
Market opportunity assessment through market segment analysis, customer segment analysis
Competitive assessment
Data mining of internal insights and external market trends/insights
Voice of customer (VOC) through surveys and product evaluations
Growth modelling, demand projections, P&L impact
Develop local launch plan for review with country/Area team
Voice of market for new product opportunities – input to global/area team
3) Lead local activation of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation programs
Clear and timely execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with global /area programs
Digital marketing strategy development based on the customer journey
Use of data and analytics of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions about future initiatives
Local calendar management

Product portfolio management – lifecycle end-to-end

Regular pricing analysis utilising BEP tool
Ensure global pricing corridor requirements are met and executed
About You
Possesses a Post Graduate tertiary degree in Marketing or Business, and a Digital Marketing and Brand Management certification
Has 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing experience in Dental Industry
Has 3 to 5 years of experience working with health care professionals (HCP) in the Dental environment and understanding of related US and AU/NZ code of practice dealing with HCPs
Has minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience working with CRM platforms (SFDC, Eloqua, ON24)
Demonstrated track record with product launch
Experienced in Social Media Strategy and Management
Channel Marketing and Sales experience
Has good Legal (regulatory, advertising, HCP interactions) and business compliance understanding of the ANZ health care industry
Strong knowledge of CRM processes and platforms (SFDC, Eloqua, ON24)
Digital marketing expertise and experience executing integrated marketing programs (above and below the line)
Strong track record of product launch excellence including PIPO and Integrated Demand Planning processes
Proficient in the use of PowerBI, Adobe Experience Manager, and advanced MS Excel skills
Good Project Management skills
Strong analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of business & financial management
Experienced with pricing strategy management
Experienced in participating in Business & Strategic Planning
