The opportunity…
Device Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and energetic ANZ Business Marketing Marketing to lead a high-performing team of marketers.
You will need a passion for strategy and managing omnichannel marketing and customer communications across multiple business units, tracking and measuring performance and impact.
You will work closely with our Group Marketing Manager and Marketing and Digital Leadership team to align and plan yearly marketing plans, optimising processes for operational efficiencies and various customer focussed projects. You will manage a current team of seven, and be responsible for mentoring, editing, approvals and oversight of campaign strategies, always looking for ways to improve.

As the ANZ Business Marketing Manager, you will bring with you experience managing a high-performing marketing team and have solid B2B marketing experience with multiple customer groups, preferably with the medical space. We are looking for someone with a "let's do it" attitude that can inspire and motivate their team to strive for the best outcomes.
Experience required:
Degree educated / relevant qualification experience
Sound Commercial acumen, experience gathering and interpreting commercial insights and turning them into direction and action.
Experience leading a marketing team
Experience in a similar role with demonstrated results
Track record of delivering multi-channel marketing strategies for various audience groups.
Solid understanding of marketing analysis and reporting on ROI
Experience working with HubSpot or similar campaign management tools including reporting and data management.
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B within the Healthcare Industry.
Strong attention to detail
Great presentation skills
High level of communication skills
Experience in meeting tight deadlines
Ability to always uphold highly effective organisational skills and able to deal with multiple, time-sensitive tasks and deliverables
Good people skills and ability to form close working and professional relationships across all levels of the company
