Job Description Summary
As the Commercial Service Leader you will be responsible for the service growth strategy to exceed revenue and profitability targets for the ANZ Service and overall GE HealthCare business. You will lead the Commercial Service teams that drive multiple contract and non-contract revenue streams whilst ensuring the Commercial Service team partner with the Commercial Equipment team to grow GE HealthCare’s install base in the ANZ market.

Reporting to the General Manager of Services A&NZ, this critical and senior leadership role will see you driving a coherent strategy. Your team will consist of 7 direct reports (Service Sales Leader, On Demand and Service Contract Sales Leader) each of which are experienced and dedicated Leaders as well as over 30 indirect reports.
Your focus will be to set the vision, commercial and operational tactics for the Commercial Service team by utilising and driving financial, operational, and customer-centric metrics.
We are open to the role being based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary education in business or relevant field
Solid experience managing multi-layer teams in commercial, service or marketing leadership roles
Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit
Valid motor vehicle license
Masters and Lean / Six sigma experience within an operational context is highly desirable
