AP Officer / Administrator
KEE Group is a successful, family run business based in Welshpool. We are known for our expertise, credibility, reliability, and professionalism with a diverse business portfolio and proven record of delivering Surfacing, Hire, Transport, Fuel and Mechanical services to some of the largest civil construction and mining companies in Australia.
Due to our continued success and growth we now have a newly created opportunity for an additional member to join our valued team.
The Role:
This role will be predominantly accounts payable based, with a focus on costing correctly amongst our divisions. However, we are looking for someone eager to learn and expand their skills to be able to assist in all aspects of surfacing project administration. This includes on-boarding, medical bookings, accommodation bookings, maintaining project files and the processing and filing of site paperwork.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your role will consist of the following:
- Accounts payable processing
- Raising all POs and costing back to projects, divisions and assets
- Processing invoices against POs
- Matching invoices with delivery dockets / services
- Setting up new Suppliers and maintaining compliance records
- Reconciling of company credit cards
- Reconciling Supplier statements
- Assist with EOM PO accruals
- Meeting EOM targets
- Assist with creating new client accounts and project job numbers
- Project costing
Required Experience and Skills:
- Excellent working experience in Microsoft Office including Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Database software systems
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with accounts processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
