The role and requirement:
This role will be supporting customers across custom SaaS applications
Operating Systems: Linux Virtulatisation:
Linux containers, Docker Hosting:
Nginx Languages: JavaScript, Shell Scripting
Database: Couchbase, ProstgreSQL, MSL SQL CI/CD: Chef, Pipelines, Spacewalk etc
Troubleshooting: Level 2, Level 3 Support
Experience with call centre,IVR, Telephony VoIP/SIP or contact centre technologies will be highly regarded.
This position will have a high level of customer service as a focus – support is provided by phone, email and onsite when required.

Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
