PFG Australia Pty Ltd is the largest independent Tractor and Machinery wholesale distributor in the southern hemisphere and are looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Officer.
This role with provide date-to-day technical support and manage enhancements across our Head Office Line of Business applications, ERP and CRM systems.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in line with Power Farming Service Levels, and in partnership with Application Vendors
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLA’s.
- Define and Implement enhancements to systems, ensuring they meet the Functional, Availability, and Performance expectations of business stakeholders.
- Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
- Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
- ICT systems include:
a) Brand and branch specific websites and applications
b) Powerlink website and application (Power Farming intranet)
c) Custom applications with multiple integrations (PartsMaster, DataLake and Phophix)
d) Precision Forms within Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations)
e) CRM (D365 CE, Resco)
- Provide 2nd Level Technical support for all ERP and CRM system users
- Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and provide training to end users.
- Evaluate inefficiencies in system functions and recommend optimal business practices.
- Develop functional specifications for system users to approve.
- Document all aspects of systems to ensure knowledge is shared across the wider IT Team
- Comply with Power Farming’s quality, environmental and health and safety requirements.
- You are required to familiarise yourself with and comply with all organisation policies and procedures.
- And any other reasonable requests from your manager that align with the role and your skill set
Experience and attributes:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- IT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledge
- Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM) support
- Automated Form management
- Power Automate knowledge
- API configuration and management
- SQL knowledge
- Mobile App CMS experience ie. AppMachine
- Scripting in various languages
- Resco CRM administration experience
- Power BI knowledge
- Web CMS management
- A relevant Diploma or Batchelor's degree is essential
- You must be D365 qualified
- ITIL Foundation desirable

This position will report to the Group ICT Operations Manager and is based at our Head Office in Derrimut and is available for immediate start for the right candidate.
