Randstad is currently partnering with a well respected government authority in sourcing multiple APS3 information officers. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that's working in the retail industry to transition into the public sector.
During the first few weeks in the role, you will complete a training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your new role. This involves face-to-face training and opportunities to learn from some of the most experienced team members.
The Role
As an Information officer, you will be taking inbound calls and web forms from members of the public and assisting them with their enquiries, while providing exceptional customer service.
