Our client is looking for an APS4 equivalent Connection Support Officer to join their busy Federal Government team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to healthcare provider organisations navigate the process of registering.
About the role:
You will be cold calling and warm calling healthcare provider organisations to inquire whether they’d be interested in registering with the organisation.
You will be managing and responding to inbound queries received via email.
You will be supporting stakeholders by going through the step-by-step guides on how to fill in the forms and registration.
You will be coordinating with stakeholders throughout the registration process and helping the end-to-end process to be successful.
You will be providing data entry and administrative support.
About you:
You will ideally have government call center or help desk experience.
You will ideally have previous experience in healthcare.
You will ideally have previous stakeholder management experience.
You will have excellent organisation and time management skills.
You will have great initiative to get tasks done and work to strict time deadlines.

$40 - $45 per hour + super
