12 month contract
$43.82 per hour + 11% super
As an APS4 Planning Officer you will be accountable for undertaking moderately complex activities and providing administrative support within the established procedures and guidance of the Assurance Planning Team. Key responsibilities include:
Collating and evaluating pivotal planning decisions
Upholding meticulous record-keeping practices characterised by a commitment to quality and precision.
Conducting comprehensive research and making decisions, overseeing cases of moderate complexity with the support of the wider team
Streamlining the team's email inbox and coordinating appointments to enhance operational efficiency.
Establishing connections with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Engaging in communication with participants and their representatives to discuss their current circumstances and spending patterns.
Executing administrative and data entry tasks related to participant information with diligence and accuracy.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Data analytical skills.
Time management.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience working within the disability sector
Competency in IT systems and high-quality record keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Background in case management
