About the role:

The APS4 Program Support Officer is responsible for in supporting the Agency in its participation at all levels of government. You will undertake research and analysis activities, communicating with and providing advice to stakeholders, managing their workflow and making decisions within defined parameters.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Perform basic research, analysis and manipulation of data to enable accurate reporting and assist in the development, collation and dissemination of regular reports.
  • Coordinate and analyse data and written information for drafting and input into branch level communications and/or high-level internal communications including reports.
  • Assist with collation and audits of workforce planning data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data, surveys and asset management.
  • Assist in the delivery of projects under the direction of higher classification levels.
  • Provide business administration and operational support to the branch across the staff lifecycle and knowledge, performance and financial management portfolios.
MANDATORY
  • Experience working in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating and assisting in the management of complex cases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Current Police Check, o ability to obtain one.
