Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Project Support Officer on a contract for 5 months.
Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Initiative and provide delivery support to a series of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives to improve and enhance the future workforce needs at the agency..
Enable Product Owners and Implementation Leads to implement programs and initiatives through coordination, delivery support and data-driven delivery excellence.
Operate as a subject matter expert to facilitate the delivery of key organisational programs which connect our people on key topics that enable a culture which effects a more inclusive workplace.
Provide Tier 3 support and advice with the intention to build expertise across Culture, Diversity, Inclusion, Organisational development, Leadership and Organisational Performance.
Scope, design, deliver and evaluate projects and initiatives to ensure they are delivered to an agreed standard.
Partner with Product Owners to deliver initiatives and strategies that provides support for business leaders.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and vendors to deliver a credible and exceptional level of customer service.
Readily adapt to changing requirements and new responsibilities in the interests of achieving team objectives. Demonstrate flexibility in thinking and adapt to organisational change by adjusting strategies, goals and priorities.
Build and maintain partnerships to support the implementation, embedding and evolution of interventions, adjusting course as required.
Engage and consult with stakeholders to determine their needs, tailoring solutions to potentially conflicting requirements, taking personal responsibility for client satisfaction, and correcting problems promptly and in a constructive manner.
Communicate openly, effectively and respectfully with all People, customers and suppliers in the interests of good business practice, collaboration and enhancement of agency’s reputation.
