A central agency seeking an APS4 Reporting and Communications officer to join the Delivery and Support Branch.

Your new company
This Australian Government Department plays a critical role for the wider Australia, assisting in a wide range of processes to prepare and deliver operations whilst focusing on development, operations, and delivery of events.

Your new role
In your new team as a reporting and communications officer, you will have the opportunity to provide administration support with high motivation. This work will involve dealing with a range of tasks, someone who is diligent and able to work across a range of tasks would see success in this role. This position required a highly passionate and energetic individual who can work under general direction with high level organisation skills.

Your primary responsibilities are:
Manage and facilitate reporting processes
Provide secretariat support for a number of groups across the branch including but not limited to preparing minutes and meeting notes, setting up of meetings and following up of correspondence
Review monthly financial reporting, using Tech One
Update information used across the Department, SharePoint, and Intranet pages
Manage and respond to enquiries within a shared inbox, directing where appropriate
Update, manage and maintain records and information
Ensuring the APS Code of Conduct is always adhered to

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within the Australian Public Service will lead to your success. You will have the ability to time manage and prioritise workflows and activity. This role will be fast paced and candidates with excellent communication and ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders is highly desirable.

You must be an Australia citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
