This team supports providers to deliver intensive and individualised case management for applicants to help them further a career and grow up skill themselves.
About the Role
The key responsibility of this position involves project management assistance for preparation of
e-learning modules for external contracted employment service providers.
Duties that will form part of the role will include:
assisting with general project management and administrative project support
providing input and reviewing content of training courses
using software to author e-Learning modules
working in a small team to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
compiling survey statistics and feedback
liaising with internal stakeholders
Role Specifications
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities/experience and/or qualifications:
Essential
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Effective communication skills
Strong writing capabilities
Computer literacy
Desired
project management skills
ability to build e-learning courses, or quickly learn how to do this in the authoring software
The following essential checks/clearances are required to perform the role:
Active Baseline Clearance
