This agency is the Government’s chief digital advisor, offering challenging work which is at the forefront of the Government’s digital policy agenda. These roles sit in a newly developed branch responsible for providing trusted advice to government on digital services and their performance.
Your new role
Work in a team to consider governance arrangements to support evaluation of digital services.
Engage across the organisation to connect work of the branch to other teams.
Liaise with government stakeholders.
Support the branch with other ad hoc requests required from Executive to contribute to the establishment of the branch.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an Australian citizen
Baseline Security Clearance is required or the ability to obtain
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team
Previous experience in a similar position
What you'll get in return
The agency is seeking multiple APS6 Policy Advisors and multiple EL1 Assistant Directors, Policy. These are non-ongoing positions until 30th June 2023, with the possibility to extend. The positions are based in Sydney’s CBD with flexible working arrangements available. An S26 transfer is an option for existing APS employees, provided you meet the requirements.
