Form of work The Aquatics Operations Officer will ensure the efficient, effective and safe day to day operations of Council's aquatic facilities while maintaining adherence to required guidelines and regulations.
Lifeguard and first aid qualifications required
Must have, or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
The role will:
lead the supervision of seasonal lifeguard staff,
manage Council's indoor warm water pool and
coordinate Council's Learn to Swim Program.
Would suit an individual who wants to step up from a Duty Manager or leading lifeguard role, or and experienced aquatics coordinator who would like a shift to a rural Victorian community.
