This vibrant Boutique nestled in Melbourne's inner North is seeking a talented ArchiCAD user and documentation expert to join their team.
With a strong and growing pipeline of Care-based projects, from Childcare and Aged Care to NDIS housing, the studio is a highly open structure with collaboration at the core of everything they do.
THE ROLE
You will be working closely alongside a tight-knit team of Senior Architects, Building Designers and Draftees to Design and Deliver projects.
You will be engaged from A to Z, assisting with the project design process and the timely delivering of high-calibre documentation packages.
This is a relaxed atmosphere, with quality valued over unrealistic timeframes, so you will work alongside senior mangers to set deliverables and coordinate with team members.
THE STUDIO
With a dedicated office space in Melbourne's inner-northern suburbs, this is a dog-friendly office with amenities around every corner.
Numerous cafes, restaurants and work areas, as well as ample access to parking and public transport connections.
Although they don't currently offer Work from Home, there is a high level of flexibility for appointments, children's pickup/drop off and moving in and out of the office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6+ years' post-graduate experience
- High-level ArchiCAD proficiency is essential - no other software will be considered
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in coordinating team members to hit deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience with care-based typologies highly regarded.
