Position in a nut shell:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the forefront of the business, making inroads into the commercial and multi-residential sectors. This will be a field-based position with internal support from their showroom. There will be an expectation to run this territory like your own business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities that will lead to new sales, with the focus on upcoming multi-residential and commercial projects
- Utilising your network of Architects and Designers and influencing them with our clients new rage
- Provide samples to builders, developers and end users
- Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
- Provide market feedback for input into further product development
Ideal Experience:
- Proven field sales experience specifically from within the building & construction industry industry
- Deep and direct relationships with leading Architects, Designers and End Users
- Recent success in winning and managing projects in the Multi-Res / Commercial space
- Stable career history
- Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
- This is a brand new division and so the successful candidate must be up for a challenge
