Based in their Hobart office, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting an increase in work demands and a number of projects that are due to start.
About the opportunity
As an Architectural Technician you will be producing 3D architectural documentation that includes plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules primarily for commercial projects and using a variety of software including CAD and ArchiCAD.
With a focus on commercial projects and working alongside the Architects, the role will primarily work with the team to produce the designs and documentation to facilitate the successful application process for Building Permits and Development Approvals.
This exciting opportunity will see you working on a variety of projects that include but not limited to commercial and residential projects, as well as heritage and sporting projects.
About you
This role is ideal for an experienced Architectural Technician that has demonstrated experience in using ArchiCAD software to complete their work.
To be considered for this role you must;
Have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar position with a commercial focus
Have extensive experience in using CAD & ArchiCAD software
Have strong design and documentation skills
