Your new role
Your new role as an Area Manager, your key focus is to build long-term sustainable volume, brand equity and profitability for the the Coopers portfolio and its partner brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to execution of sales plans and strategies
- Advance the business position within your territory
- Provide feedback internally and drive continuous improvement of sales and marketing
- Complete sales, finance, administration and general reporting duties
- Meet and exceed set targets and KPI's
- Represent the Coopers brand in a positive, professional manner
What you'll need to succeed
A successful Area Manager will possess the following:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude
- Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to exceed sales and distribution targets
- Ability to manage a territory in a structures and planned manner
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of the brewing industry
