Assistant Restaurant Manager - Star City
 
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year

What will the Assistant Restaurant Manager do?
 
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to provide feedback and advice on the store.
  • Motivate and lead shifts to consistently achieve results.
  • Assist with ongoing staff training. Work with the manager to help resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Set an example and provide customers with a first-class experience. Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.
 
What skills does the Assistant Restaurant Manager require?
 
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Recognize and reward staff efforts and achievements.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably with 2 years in a busy restaurant environment.
 
 
What will the Assistant Restaurant Manager receive in return?
 
Up to £28,000 salary. Great progression opportunities. Training and mentoring. Basic hours of 45 per week, with
various shift patterns available.
