The Role

Following a period of agency growth The&Partnership is looking for a hybrid Art Director/Designer to join its Australian Team.

The role will be crucial part of the Creative Department working closely with the Creative Director, creative teams and broader team.

We are looking for someone who is a Designer by craft, with the ability to bring Art Direction and conceptual thinking to creative briefs as well as turn ideas into finished executions across integrated channels including Key Visuals, Online Video, TV, OOH and Social.

Campaigns present a huge variety of creative opportunities for the Designer within the Creative Team, with a multitude of Mars brands from its confectionery, pet care and food portfolios.

This role is based in Melbourne.

Skills and Experience required

  • Ability to translate your ideas into brilliant, relevant creative and visual design, that works across different media
  • Understanding of production processes across all media channels and the ability to take your design through to finished art
  • Critical thinking for briefs to create work that solves the client's business challenges
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset for colleagues and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial creativity to come up with ideas and deliver under pressure
  • Organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple projects
  • Previous experience in a similar agency setting (or similar) with proven portfolio to show for it
