The Role
As an ASD4 Recruitment Officer, your duties may include:
- Advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Respond to candidate enquiries and provide candidate support throughout the selection process
- Group mailbox management
- Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres
- Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities
- Respond to merit pool requests
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Apply working knowledge of merit selection principals
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

The Recruitment and Attraction team play an instrumental role in enabling ASD’s expansion and supporting the evolution of our organisation.
Our team facilitates and supports end-to-end recruitment activities for ASD across bulk, campaign, ad hoc and Entry Level Program recruitment. We operate in a dynamic, fast paced team environment, where our people are encouraged to be innovative, creative and contribute to continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on providing approachable, quality customer service and advice to our stakeholders, underpinned by legislative and policy frameworks.
