The SeniorProject Officer is accountable for undertaking the coordination andadministration of urban renewal, new construction, redevelopment,and/or affordable housing projects, including the development andadministration of contracts, agreements and the pre-qualificationlist for builders and associated services.
The role willmanage the pre-qualification list, sales programs and reporting,communication plans, coordinating and directing contractors andconsultants, preparing project progress reports and briefings. Therole is also responsible for quality control and tracking ofproject progress, recording of data and progress payments,monitoring expenditure against budgets and approvals.

- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
