Asset Engineer
Reporting into the Engineering & Strategic Asset Manager the Asset Engineer will be based in Sydney supporting the delivery of Strategic Asset Management Services and Engineering Services across the Defence Fuels Network (DFN). This role team will provide critical decision making and strategic plans that will inform maintenance and capital programs for Defence’s fuel related Assets and therefore responsible for multiple service lines:
- The delivery of Strategic Asset Management Services
- The delivery of Engineering Services
- The delivery of Configuration Management Services
On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Petro Chemical or similar)
- Registered Professional Engineer (CPEng) (desirable)
- Knowledge and proven experience in asset management, asset management standard ISO 55000 / 55001
- 5 to 10 years Asset Engineering experience the petrochemical and / or minerals processing industries.
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of Asset Management Plans and Asset Class Plans in an oil and gas or similar setting
- Review, modification and development of Asset strategies and Asset Master Data
- Experience in Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model
