Our client are one of Australia’s fastest growing, private engineering and consultancy firms, seeking an Asset Management Consultant with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience to join their Adelaide CBD team. Although based in Adelaide, you will frequently collaborate with a national network of professionals, all striving for excellence and personal connection. With client objectives at the forefront, this role encompasses the planning and delivery of projects on both local and national scales. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams through audits, scope and design of asset management plans, stakeholder communications and relationship management, quality, and contract assurance management, and the on-site data capturing of assets. The successful candidate will be willing to learn and driven by business growth, design management and the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary field. Ideally from a building services engineering background, although this role could suit construction site leads, technical project managers, and, asset managers.
