About the role
The Asset Permits Officer plays an important role in helping protect Council's assets by assessing and preparing a response to all asset related permit applications including but not limited to legal point of discharge, build over easement, asset protection, road openings, vehicle crossings, occupy part of road reserve and works within the road reserve, including service authority requests.
This role services residents, builders, contractors and utility providers and is responsible for monitoring all works on Council land. It will be achieved by utilising Council's suite of systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Ideally you will hold a qualification in an Engineering related field or a Certificate IV / Associate Diploma with relevant work experience.
The successful applicant will have an outstanding customer service focus with excellent communication skills and an ability to work at the team member level.
