About the role
Serco are currently seeking 2x Full time Asset Supervisors to join Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre and Perth Immigration Detention Centre. In this role you will manage day to day tasks and projects in the facilities maintenance space with numerous contracting companies and internal staff.
This role will enjoy the variety of administration responsibilities as well as the manual requirements of a facilities maintenance position. The successful candidate will need to build and maintain solid internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fulltime position, working 38 hours, Monday - Friday. However on occasion
additional effort may be required to achieve business outputs and KPI milestones including out of hours “on call” contact for Priority 1 Work Orders.
To be successful in this role you will have
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
Qualifications or relevant experience in Facilities Management systems and processes administration
Sound knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated team player skills and experience and success with managing a varied team to tight time frames, including understanding individual's strengths and weaknesses.
Valid Drivers Licence
