The Opportunity
We are seeking a high calibre individual to join our Perth team. The successful applicant will find themselves in an organisation and role that offers:
- The opportunity to contribute to success through the development of new business and retention of existing clients.

- The opportunity to be involved in diverse broking portfolios, across Commercial/SME/Corporate and Retail clients, with a particular interest in agribusiness, transport and broadacre farming industries.
There’s real work to be done in:
- Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Regional Directors and back up broking tasks
- Maintaining client/insurer relationships
- Managing renewals, new business and claims settlements
- Preparing reports, manuals and schemes documentation
- Providing broad based assistance in the development and growth of the business.
Your Experience
While insurance experience would be an advantage, you’re looking for a unique opportunity to begin or grow your career in a people focused service industry. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you’ll be;
- Tier 2, Tier 1 or Diploma qualified (ability to work on attaining qualification)
- A quick learner
- A team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction
- A self starter eager to take the initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio
- Highly organised with your finger on the pulse
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written) engaging effectively at all levels.
